When we discuss the topic of pregnancy and babies, some people conceive normally and some may need some extra treatment to conceive for a baby. The name of the treatment process is IVF (In vitro fertilization). It is an artificial process where the men’s sperm and a woman’s egg join together in the laboratory. As we discuss it is not a simple process and it might have a few steps involved that are displayed below. There were many IVF clinic in Delhi which has the highest success rate.

Steps involved in IVF Treatment

Normally a woman would get conceived when their egg and the men’s sperm are fertilized inside a woman’s body. The women’s uterus provides a space for the baby to grow for the next 9 months and they deliver the baby. For some these processes happen in a normal way. When we get into the process of IVF it is an assisted reproductive technology (ART), which makes women get pregnant after they took very less expensive treatment to conceive.

Stimulation

It is a process called super ovulation in which few fertility drugs were given to the women in order to boost egg production in women. Usually, these steps involve an ultrasound test to check the ovaries and a blood test to check the levels of hormones. This step is carried out cautiously in the best surrogacy centre in Delhi because a woman will produce only one egg a month.

Egg retrieval

Minor surgery was done on a woman’s body to take out the egg from the ovary. Usually, this is done under medication so they won’t feel any pain, a small needle-like structure is inserted through the vagina and the egg is pulled out. Some women may have cramp-like pain after the surgical procedures. Few people even have a problem with their egg so at the fertility clinic in Delhi they even give you an opportunity to get an egg from another donor.

Insemination and Fertilization

The process of mixing sperm and egg is called insemination. It is done in an environmentally controlled chamber, where it takes a few hours for the sperm to enter into the egg. Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is the process of directly injecting the sperm into the egg when a doctor feels that the chances of fertilization are low.

Embryo culture

Embryo is developed when the egg divides. It is monitored by the external staff member in the lab on the embryo growth. If a couple is having any kind of genetic disorder then each cell on the embryo is tested for diagnosing whether they have any disorders.

Embryo transfer

Once all the above processes were done, the embryos are placed into the woman’s womb 3 to 5 days after egg retrieval and fertilization. Then this embryo is moved to the woman’s womb and this takes place in the infertility centre in Delhi with utmost supervision. At once there may be a chance of placing more than one embryo in a woman’s womb this may lead to twins, triples and this purely depends on the woman’s age.
