Santa Barbara Dispensary

The Santa Barbra dispensary is located in Talavera, Chile. It is one of the most popular medicinal marijuana shops in the country. It also happens to be one of the strictest. In Santa Barbra, every visit is a commandment. You can’t just walk-in; you have to check in by standing in the line and waiting your turn to get the dose of marijuana from the licensed physician who answers the intercom system.

Marijuana use in the country has come to be socially unacceptable. There are now laws against people buying or selling marijuana and selling pot paraphernalia. That means that the marijuana dispensary in Santa Barbra is trying to find ways around the law by getting creative. For example, they recently started offering hemp “blend” products to their customers, including but not limited to, pipes, papers, and oils.

Of course, being that it’s still against the law, Santa Barbara hasn’t taken the alternative of completely legalizing marijuana. Instead, they’re trying to make it accessible to anyone who wants it. According to them, this is not medicine, it’s a medicine made out of hemp. In other words, the hemp in marijuana is “essentially” medicine since it can cure all of the medical symptoms associated with it.

By utilizing hemp in the manufacture of medicine, Santa Barbara is taking a step forward toward fulfilling its responsibility to the voters. In addition to making hemp available for sale in the form of buds, they plan to have it readily available as well as standardized within the next few years. That means that a consumer looking to buy some marijuana would be able to do so without any problems whatsoever. He or she wouldn’t have to worry about buying fake marijuana, having it tested, or even worry about being arrested for violating the law. As long as you don’t smoke it, you’re fine! Unfortunately, the possession business is still illegal under California law.

Even though Santa Barbara is a pro-pot candidate, the city is taking the stance that it will enforce the new laws very vigorously.

If you’ve broken the law, you will be arrested and prosecuted. Some believe this is an effort to prevent people from growing large gardens of marijuana plants for personal consumption. However, if you have a large number of plants that you consume regularly, the police are going to end up making you close the shop down.

It’s unclear how the police will react to a fully legal marijuana dispensary, but many officials have stated publicly that they don’t plan to give up the fight against drugs. “We will continue to attack drug abuse no matter where it occurs,” says Mark Hinkle, the city’s acting mayor. “This is especially true with the Santa Barbara Dispensary.” He added, “The city cannot deny the reality that the drug trade is a huge problem.”

Santa Barbara is not the only city to have a marijuana dispensary. In California, voters rejected a proposal to regulate marijuana like wine in the November ballot, and a similar initiative is expected this year in California’s largest city, Los Angeles. Although it may seem unlikely, California may join the growing list of states that legalized medical marijuana. The legislature has yet to take up the proposal, so it appears highly unlikely that it will pass this year.

Even though marijuana dispensaries are now illegal in more than one state, it is still illegal across the country under federal law. California authorities have indicated that they are not inclined to go after pot dealers one-hundred feet away from schools or other child-oriented areas. Nevertheless, even if the federal government does not interfere with Santa Barbara dispensaries, the local authorities probably should not tolerate any marijuana activity within their jurisdiction. If you live in Santa Barbara, a local dispensary could make for a great hobby or pastime, just don’t get in trouble for cultivating or selling it at home.
